He has Righteous Fury buffed (of course) and the Libram of Souls Redeemed equipped which "Increases the benefit your Flash of Light and Holy Light receive from Blessing of Light by 105" (dropped off any of the Opera events in Karazhan). The Warlock is buffed with a single-target Blessing of Light. He also has Fel Armor on which increases "the amount of health generated through spells and effects by 20%". So basically the Warlock is buffed to hell with +healing taken. As soon as Tidewalker does Earthquake the Warlock is dropped to ~60% health and the Paladin Tank begins spamming top-rank Holy Lights on him. At the same time, the Warlock is spamming Life Tap to bring his life low enough so that he is taking full heals. Sometimes other classes will get healing aggro as well on the murlocs but they will have to use aggro drop abilities to keep them away, such as priests Fade. As soon as the murlocs arrive at the paladin tank, the should be standing in Consecration and attacking the paladin also generates more threat. Basically, as soon as the murlocs are attacking the paladin, there is a very slim chance that they will get pealed off.
