Apple's "Unslow" 3G iPhone commercial pretends to demonstrated the performance of the device over the 3G network. To put it to the test, I took my own 3G iPhone to the heart of AT&T's coverage area in MA (Boylston St. in Boston just across the street from Apple's flagship store). The video shows a side by side performance comparison running through an identical set of actions. The results tell the story.
