Housing Bubble in Temecula. 85 signs. one neighborhood. Absolute warzone...just driving through after checking out the new homes for mid to high 300's and then crossed the street to find forclosures and houses for sale in the mid to high 400's. Can you say? "Houston...we have a problem" It was sooo bad...even a brand new house in the new community was for rent already at half the mortgage payment. Definitely not by choice I am sure.
