how to be bulimic

this is what life is like with bulimia. it is, if anything, more destructive than anorexia. it is more likely to kill you and easier to hide. it also feels worse. when i starve myself i know it's a sickness, but at least i *feel* like i'm in control. when i binge and purge i feel trapped and worthless. i tried to express this in a filmstrip.
